Responsible Equity Release was founded in 2010. Our name was coined as we believe in our obligations and duty of care to our customers throughout their lifetime.
Responsible Equity Release are one of the largest advisory firms – we've experienced growth rates far exceeding the market year on year. We saw a space in the market for a company that delivers impeccable, responsible financial advice in a traditional format but with modern, digitalised processes.

Liam ensures that we are always fully compliant when it comes to both regulatory requirements and our own internal processes. For is this not a checking items off a list, rather it’s about doing the right thing by our customers. Liam’s role is to make sure that we do what we say, and that our customers are looked after.
File Review Supervisor
Victoria reviews the advice we give to our clients against a range of quality controls. We pride ourselves on giving the right advice and this review process ensures our customers get a second opinion at no extra cost.
Information Centre Performance Coach
A core part of our business is excellent customer service. Lisa ensures that the Information Team performs to the very highest standard, providing a great experience for every customer.
Steve manages a team of face-to-face Lifetime Mortgage advisers around the country, ensuring that they are fully aware of new products available and deliver a positive customer experience. Steve works endlessly with Noel to ensure that our face-to-face advice team is the best in the industry.
